Mario Batali and I are the distinctive forces behind an eclectic group of critically acclaimed, unanimously adored restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Together we are currently working on a Green Initiative, incorporating recycling systems and energy and water conservation into our restaurant environments.
